Rival Status Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Rival Status products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• All components (instructions, etc.) must be included.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or damaged items including wrist bands

• Digital downloads or workout plans (if applicable)

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee and any original shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
