Shipping policy

Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order ships.

📦 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take a little longerwe’ll keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    Shipping time starts after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada (Ontario, Quebec & British Columbia.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees determined by the carrier and destination country.

💵 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

❗ Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address.

  • Look around your property or ask neighbors.

  • Contact the carrier directly for more info.

Wrong Address?

If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately at info@rivalstatus.com. Once your order has been shipped, we can't make changes or guarantee re-delivery.
